Rude and bad food

Absolutely disgusting - they put onions on EVERYTHING, I went there twice (second chance) and both times asked for no onions yet they can't follow a simple instruction - nevermind the fact that they're both insanely rude to their customers. My family have also tried it a couple of times now and had the same results, a cheese roll being doused with greasy-wet-fried onions (my brother sent me a pic, foul.) After just opening up after Covid I was one of the first customers in the store - yet no greeting, I walked in to have a look at the options and was stared at by both employees or owners, whoever the hell they are, I asked if they take card of cash and I was stared at with no reply until I had to repeat myself to get an answer to which it was a one word 'Cash.', after rushing to withdraw around the corner and coming back the women took the money from me and didn't say a god damn word, no social skills what so ever or just a miserable cow. I seriously am never going there again unless it's to spit on the food to make it a little nicer - would probably dry out the onion drippings a little. I don't even leave reviews for anywhere but I've gone out of my way just for these horrible pair. I genuinely want to know if there's something wrong with them or if they're just THAT rude to people.
